Iran Alive Ministries mission is to “Transform Iran into a Christian nation, one soul at a time” according to Jeremiah 49:38, “I will set my throne in Elam” declares the Lord.

We believe that this is more than a lofty goal, conjured up by men striving to validate a ministry’s call. It is a promise from the Lord, that He WILL establish His throne in Elam (present day Iran). According to the latest release of the Operation World Manual, Iran has the fastest growing Evangelical population in the entire world! This is not because it has grown from ten people to hundreds of people, but because it has exploded from hundreds of Persians to hundreds of thousands of Persians and continues to grow exponentially. At a 19.6% growth rate, the evangelical population is doubling every four years! Amazingly, Afghanistan is number two on the list, while Tajikistan ranks 10th, making three of the top ten fastest growing evangelical populations on the planet.

The Problem:

  • Christians in Iran - The population of Iran is nearly 85 million of which only about 2 million identify themselves as Christian.

  • No Church - There are currently no visible churches among Muslim background Christians.

  • Governmental Restrictions - The government uses psychological warfare to oppress people through fear and isolation. They are trying to contain the spread of Christianity.

  • Drug Use - Iran is filled with hopelessness and despair. Drug use is the highest it’s ever been. Iran is #1 in the world in per capita drug use.

  • Suicide Rate - Suicide rates are skyrocketing especially among women. Iran is the only country in the world where the suicide rate among women is higher than men mostly because Quran gives men permission to abuse and oppress women.

The Solution:

  • Broadcast - The power of satellite TV allows for 24/7 broadcasts of Gospel messages, biblical teachings, and Christian programs to be viewed in Iran, and other Farsi-speaking regions like Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan. Based on an independent survey, Iran Alive’s TV Network, Shabakeh 7 has an estimated 6 million daily viewers. Iran Alive TV network is the most watched Christian channel in Iran with an estimated 20 million viewers per week.

  • Discipleship - The 4:12 Training School provides teachings, and training while mobilizing new believers for the wok of ministry.

  • Fellowship - Iran Alive Ministries is providing ways digitally and in-person connection between new believers and underground house church network in Iran.

  • Bible Distributing - Through the underground network, Bibles are smuggled in and distributed to believers in Iran

4:12 Training School

In Ephesians 4:12, the Apostle Paul is calling on the church to prepare and equip the saints for the work ahead of them. New believers are hungry for truth and desire to know the Bible, to understand the Kingdom, to share their faith, and fulfill their calling in Christ. Our 4:12 School was established just for that purpose and the more than 2,000 registered students to-date are changing their world!
